- Paneer
- Onion
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chilli
- Dry Red Chilli
- Bay Leaf
- Green Cardamom
- Cloves
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Kasuri Methi
- Kaju Paste
Directions:-
- Roast dry ingredients(bay leaf, green and black cardamom, cloves, dry red chilli) and grind them coarsely to form a powder.
- Heat oil in the pan and add roughly chopped onion, tomatos and garlic cloves and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then grind them to form a paste.
- In the same pan add more oil then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and add the paste and mix well.
- Cook the mixture well for about 15 mintues and then add kaju paste or cream and cook it well.
- Then add cubes of paneer and kasuri methi and cook for 1-2 mintues.
- Transfer it into serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves and dash of cream.
- Serve it with chapati or tandoori naan.
