Vegetable Pulao:-
Pulao is the most comforting one pot meal. It is a mixture of alot of vegetables and rice. Mostly eaten with Raita. Lets begin the recipe.

Ingredients:-

1. Rice, 1 cup
2. Peas, 1/2 cup
3. Onion, 1 chopped
4. Tomato, 1 chopped
5. Beans, 1/2 cup
6. Cauliflower, 1/2 cup
7. Green chillies, 3-4 slits
8. Cumin Seeds(Jeera), 1 tbsp
9. Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tbsp
10. Red chilli Powder, 1/4 tbsp
11. Salt, as per taste
12. Water, 2 cups
13. Oil, 1 tbsp
14. Potatoes, 2 chopped

Directions:-

1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker then add cumin seeds.
2. Add onion and saute until it get soft.
3. Add tomato and green chilli, cook until soft.
4. Add vegetables,salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook them for about 5 minutes.
5. Add rice and water close the lid of pressure cooker wait for 2 whistles and turn off gas.
6. Ready to serve.
