Pulao is the most comforting one pot meal. It is a mixture of alot of vegetables and rice. Mostly eaten with Raita. Lets begin the recipe.
Ingredients:-

- Rice, 1 cup
- Peas, 1/2 cup
- Onion, 1 chopped
- Tomato, 1 chopped
- Carrots, 1/2 cup diced
- Beans, 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower, 1/2 cup
- Green chillies, 3-4 slits
- Cumin Seeds(Jeera), 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tbsp
- Red chilli Powder, 1/4 tbsp
- Salt, as per taste
- Water, 2 cups
- Oil, 1 tbsp
- Potatoes, 2 chopped
Directions:-
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker then add cumin seeds.
- Add onion and saute until it get soft.
- Add tomato and green chilli, cook until soft.
- Add vegetables,salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook them for about 5 minutes.
- Add rice and water close the lid of pressure cooker wait for 2 whistles and turn off gas.
- Ready to serve.
