It is one of my experiment with lovely cauliflower, I had a sudden guest who wants to eat something different sweet and I had some florets of cauliflower and some left over khoya barfi and this is the dish that has been created.
Ingredients:-
- Cauliflower (Gobi), grated 1/2 kg
- Milk, 1/2 litre
- Fresh Cream
- Few Saffron Strands(Kesar)
- Roasted Khoya Barfi
- Desi Ghee
- Dry Fruits
Directions:-
- Cook grated cauliflower into milk and add crushed khoya barfi, fresh cream and few saffron strands.
- When milk reduces then add sugar and desi ghee.
- Cook the mixture until oil separates the pan.
- Put into the serving dish and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it.
