Cauliflower Pudding(Gobi Ka Halwa)

It is one of my experiment with lovely cauliflower, I had a sudden guest who wants to eat something different sweet and I had some florets of cauliflower and some left over khoya barfi and this is the dish that has been created.




Ingredients:-
  1. Cauliflower (Gobi), grated 1/2 kg
  2. Milk, 1/2 litre
  3. Fresh Cream
  4. Few Saffron Strands(Kesar)
  5. Roasted Khoya Barfi
  6. Desi Ghee
  7. Dry Fruits
Directions:-
  1. Cook grated cauliflower into milk and add crushed khoya barfi, fresh cream and few saffron strands.
  2. When milk reduces then add sugar and desi ghee.
  3. Cook the mixture until oil separates the pan.
  4. Put into the serving dish and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it.
