Dahi Chicken

Simple Recipe with a new twist...



Ingredients:-

  1. Curd, beaten 1 cup
  2. Green Chilli
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Garam Masala
  7. Chilli Flakes
  8. Chicken
  9. Oil
  10. Black Cardmom
  11. Soya Sauce
  12. Tomato Ketchup
  13. Fried Coriander Leaves
Directions:-
  1. Firstly, grind the black cardmom, green chilli, garlic and ginger and add the mixture into beaten curd.
  2. Add chilli flakes, salt and chicken pieces and coat it well and leave it for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, put the marinated chicken into the pan and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes and after every 5 minutes stir the mixture so that it could not stick to the pan.
  4. When chicken cooks properly the switch off the flame and then for new twist add soya sauce and tomato ketchup and saute it.
  5. Transfer into the serving dish and garnish it with fried coriander leaves.
  6. Enjoy as a snack or with chapati, naan or rice.
