Instant Rava Idli

Now there is no need for waiting long hours to make idlis and no need for fermentation. Its just 30 minutes and you can enjoy soft and fluffy instant rava idlis.


Ingredients:-
  1. Rava (Semolina), 2 cups
  2. Yogurt, 1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Eno, 1tbsp
  5. Oil for greasing
Directions:-
  1. In a mixing bowl add rava and yogurt and mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile heat the steamer and grease the idli mould with oil.
  3. Add salt and mix it well.
  4. Add eno and mix it gently till the mixture becomes fluffy.
  5. Pour spoonful of batter into moulds and steam for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney and samber.
