Palak Paneer Tofu

A healthy palak paneer with two types of tofu one is hard tofu or bean curd and second one is soft tofu... makes this recipe more healthy and tasty..... so follow the recipe...



Ingredients:-

  1. Hard Bean Curd (Hard Tofu)
  2. Soft Bean Curd (Soft Tofu)
  3. Low Fat Paneer (Paneer made up of skimmed milk)
  4. 1 cup of Fresh Spinach Puree
  5. Garlic
  6. Jeera
  7. Salt
  8. Black Pepper Corns
  9. Onions
  10. 1 tbsp of Garam Masala
Directions:-
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and chopped garlic cloves saute it well.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook it until brown.
  3. Add spinach puree, salt and garam masala and cook it well.
  4. Add hard tofu and low fat cheese and cook for 5 min
  5. At last add soft tofu and transfer into serving dish and serve it with chapati..
