Stuffed Mushrooms

A beautiful and low calorie snack made up from mushrooms .... want to eat ... follow my recipe...



Ingredients:-

  1. Mushrooms
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. Green Chilli
  5. Prawns
  6. Olive Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
Directions:-
  1. Grind the garlic, ginger,  green chilli and prawns and add some salt and pepper.
  2. Take a bowl add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it well.
  3. Remove the stems of mushrooms and stuff the grinded mixture in it coat it with olive oil mixture.
  4. Cook the mushrooms in the air fryer for about 4-5 mintes.
  5. Serve it hot with mayo dip/tomato ketchup/green chutney.
