Tikki made with soya granules and boiled and mashed potatoes...follow the recipe:-

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup soya granules
- 5 medium boiled potatoes
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 8-10 black peppercorns
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Salt, as per taste
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil
Directions:-
- Dry roast coriander seeds and crushed black pepper corns in a pan.
- Chop ginger and green chillies.
- In a mixing bowl mix ginger, green chillies and pomegranate seeds.
- Coarsely grind coriander seeds and black peppercorns and put into the bowl.
- Add chat masala and mix well.
- In another mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and soya granules.
- Add cornflour, salt and garam masala powder and form a dough.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff with pomegranate mixture and form a shape of a tikki.
- Shallow fry the tikkis turning sides till evenly cooked on both sides.
- Sprinkle chat masala on tikkis and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
