Chicken Curry

This recipe is liked by most of the non-vegetarians. This recipe I learnt from my father it has very delicious taste so follow the instructions.


Ingredients:-
  1. For Marinade- ginger garlic paste, yogurt, salt, coriander powder, chicken masala, red pepper powder.
  2. Onion, 3 chopped
  3. Tomato, 4 chopped
  4. Salt
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Kasuri methi
  7. Green chillies
  8. Chicken, 1 kg 
  9. Oil
  10. Cloves
  11. Cardamom
  12. Bay leaf
  13. Water as required

Directions:-
  1. For marination, in a mixing bowl add yogurt whisk it properly and then add salt, red pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and chicken masala.
  2. Add chicken into the mixture and rub the mixture on the chicken and rest it for 20 mintues.
  3. In the pan, heat oil and add cloves, cardmom and bay leaf.
  4. Add chopped onions and cook it properly.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes when onion are well cooked.
  6. Season it with salt and turmeric powder and add kasuri methi and cook the sauce until oil separates.
  7. Add chicken and 1 cup water and cook at medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Add fresh cream and stir thoroughly and garnish with coriander.
  9. Serve with Naan or rice.
