Shahi Paneer

Shahi paneer is made up of processed cheese with capsicum and a dash of cream. This is the first recipe which I cooked for first time in kitchen. My family had loved this so I am here to share my recipe wtih you.


Ingredients:-
  1. Processed cheese, 250 gm cut into cubes
  2. Capsicum, cut into cubes
  3. Onion, 3 chopped
  4. Ginger and Garlic paste
  5. Tomato and green chilli puree
  6. Kaju paste(cashew nuts paste)
  7. Cream
  8. Water as required
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Turmeric
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Coriander powder
  13. Coriander for garnish
  14. Garam Masala
  15. Oil
Directions:-
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook them until light brown..
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 3 min.
  4. Add tomato puree and add seasoning(salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and pinch of garam masala) into it.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Then add kaju paste(cashew nuts paste) and mix it and then add cream and mix it thoroughly.
  7. Add processed cheese cutted into cubes and coat it into sauce and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  8. Shahi paneer is ready to serve and dont forget to garnish with some dry fruits and coriander.
  9. Enjoy Shahi paneer with tandoori naan.
