Shahi paneer is made up of processed cheese with capsicum and a dash of cream. This is the first recipe which I cooked for first time in kitchen. My family had loved this so I am here to share my recipe wtih you.

- Processed cheese, 250 gm cut into cubes
- Capsicum, cut into cubes
- Onion, 3 chopped
- Ginger and Garlic paste
- Tomato and green chilli puree
- Kaju paste(cashew nuts paste)
- Cream
- Water as required
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Coriander for garnish
- Garam Masala
- Oil
Directions:-
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and cook them until light brown..
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 3 min.
- Add tomato puree and add seasoning(salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and pinch of garam masala) into it.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then add kaju paste(cashew nuts paste) and mix it and then add cream and mix it thoroughly.
- Add processed cheese cutted into cubes and coat it into sauce and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Shahi paneer is ready to serve and dont forget to garnish with some dry fruits and coriander.
- Enjoy Shahi paneer with tandoori naan.
